Since
this website is only a few days old, the only testimonial I can
offer at the moment is my own. Let me assure those of you who want to
stop smoking but doubt that you can (since you have promised yourself
so often that you would, and then didn't!), overcoming the habit
is really overcoming two of them: the smoking habit and the habit of
thinking you cannot quit. I am here to let you know you most
certainly can (I did!), and as soon as a few of you have, we will form
a
thriving community of those ready and able to assure and
assist
one
another. Please go ahead and do it. The book will help you through,
since what you think of as withdrawal symptoms are really nothing of
the kind. Withdrawal symptoms are your dizzyingly rapid return to
health -
seen from an addicted smoker's point of view. The upbeat quality of
quitting is something smokers simply cannot bear. If
stopping smoking makes them feel so good, why did they continually
smoke for years on end? Having failed for so long to
quit is enough to convince smokers they cannot
do it. Wheezing is their destiny! Please buy the book and read
yourself free of the pessimism and of a habit you honestly do
not need!
